Harvest Meals | Help Needed

Harvest appreciation meals will be begin September 24th and go through October 18th. Over the course of these weeks, nearly 4,000 meals will be served, we need all hands on deck to make this a successful event. Please see the sign-up link below to volunteer to serve on one or more of the dates. 

Brief overview of events:

• Meals will be served from 11:30 am – 1:30 pm or until food is gone (whichever comes first)
• Meals will include pork sandwich, chips, snack, and drink
• Volunteers will be responsible for: 
  • Assembling sandwiches and lunch sacks to serve to producers
  • All supplies will already be at each location, volunteers will not need to pick up any supplies prior to arriving at the location
  • Counting any leftover bags and reporting that number to marketing to get accurate meal counts
  • Feel free to take pictures of the event and submit to marketing to share
